Libya – Port Reception Facilities Program

Exclusive Development Across Libyan Ports

CDT Germany GmbH has secured exclusive approval for the development of modern Port Reception Facilities across Libyan ports, supporting the collection, treatment, recovery, and environmentally responsible management of ship-generated waste in accordance with IMO and MARPOL 73/78 requirements.

Implementation has commenced at Misrata Port, where the project agreement has been signed and construction and technical preparations are approaching completion. The facility is expected to enter the operational phase following final commissioning and testing.

Completed and Operational Refinery Facility

CDT Germany GmbH successfully completed an industrial refinery and heavy-hydrocarbon processing project in Kirkuk, Iraq.

The facility was developed to improve the processing and upgrading of heavy petroleum streams through advanced treatment and process technologies. Following construction, installation, testing, and commissioning, the project entered commercial operation.
